Let me tell you why you do need one!!!!!!

If you don’t already know, don’t use your home address when filing on your LLC

And if you have a PO Box don’t use that either

Now until the good stuff

You get your virtual address, so you look more credible more trustworthy to lenders

And if you already have your home address as your business on your LLC

Go to your secretary of state

File something called an amendment

Or you could update the information when you file your annual report
